Our educational media reaches adults, parents, and caregivers through broadcast television and radio, social media, and WhatsApp chats administered by our bilingual team. With input from expert stakeholders, including researchers and parent leaders, and in collaboration with trusted partners such as Univision and the Department of Education, we ensure our materials are tailored to our audiences.
Using Universal Design for Learning principles, our content is highly visual and accessible to a range of adult learners, including those with low literacy skills in both Spanish and English.

Two Emmy Awards
We won Emmy Awards in 2024 and 2019 for our creative and innovative television series “La Fuerza de Creer” in the categories of Public Service Initiative and Best Educational Program.

TV Miniseries
Our Emmy Award-winning miniseries “La Fuerza de Creer”, was created in partnership with Univision and several other partners. Seen by millions of viewers, this unique drama celebrates and models the many ways Latine families and caregivers take action to promote their children’s literacy, healthy development, and social-emotional growth.
Tip Cards (“Consejos”)
Our graphic tip cards motivate “Moments of Connection” through talking, singing, reading, playing, and STEM activities. Read-Alouds (“Cuentacuentos”): Read-alouds of popular books in Spanish model a variety of science-focused reading strategies that caregivers use to support their children's learning.
Miniseries for New Immigrants
Our Emmy Award-winning nine-episode dramatic comedy series, “We Speak NYC” was written and produced by adult educators and shot in an innovative style to make the English dialogue highly accessible. The show has helped hundreds of thousands of immigrants improve their English comprehension skills and learn more about their new home.
